We are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Administrator to join our busy team in Welshpool and contribute to our mission of "Supplying Quality, Delivering Value."

As an Internal Administrator you will play a vital role in supporting our Operations and Sales teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting with purchasing operations, supporting counter sales, contributing to our e-commerce sales efforts, and maintaining the merchandising and upkeep of our showroom.

The Role:

* Assist with the purchasing process, ensuring timely and accurate ordering of products
* Support front counter sales by providing excellent customer service and processing orders efficiently
* Assist in managing our e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory updates, and customer inquiries
* Maintain and merchandise the showroom to create an appealing shopping environment that showcases our products effectively
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and enhance customer satisfaction
* Assisting the warehouse team with stock control, domestic purchasing and the receival and storage of goods
* Maintain organized records and documentation to support operational efficiency
* Contribute to various administrative tasks and support the overall operations team as required

About You:

* A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience or a sales or operations role would be advantageous
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated
* A forklift ticket is desirable
