Cairns Tiling Services, located in Cairns QLD, is in need of a full time experienced and qualified tiler that is willing to learn under a team of professionals to master their skills. This position requires a construction card, valid drivers licence and the ability to travel to and from the various work sites each day with the required tools and items necessary to complete their work. It is essential that the candidate be willing to learn and become proficient in their work that is of the highest quality.
The duties of this job role include: 1. Examining plans, measuring and marking surfaces and laying out work. 2. Preparing wall and floor surfaces including cleaning, grinding, levelling and waterproofing. 3. Spreading adhesive. 4. Appropriate use of tile cutting tools. 5. Laying various tiles/ stone on internal and external walls and floors for protective and decorative finishes. and 6. Creating finishing and finalising touches.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
