More About You - Assistant Store Manager
As part of the management team, you will support the Store Manager in daily operations. You will bring confidence, energy, and passion for customer service to motivate your team to achieve store goals.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Assist and support the Store Manager in all aspects of store management, including:
o Visual Merchandising
o Store Administration
o Training & coaching new team members
o Delegating and managing the team effectively
o Providing leadership and guidance
* Maintain a clean, organized, and appealing store front
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels
* Deliver energetic customer service with a sales growth mindset
* Assist customers and resolve queries promptly and professionally
The successful applicant will also have
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to connect positively with customers and team members
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* A friendly, energetic personality
* A desire to deliver high-quality customer service
* A current/valid police check or willingness to obtain one if successful
