The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering technical presentations to communicate the value of our services.
Key Responsibilities:

* Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in mining, sugar, and power generation sectors
* Deliver technical presentations to communicate the value of motor and transformer services
* Pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
* Monitor market trends to offer relevant solutions
Requirements:
* Technical sales experience in electrical or mechanical sales, ideally within industrial or mining sectors
* Strong technical aptitude to understand and explain motor, transformer, and rotating equipment services
* Customer-focused skills to build lasting relationships with engineering and maintenance stakeholders
* Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly
* Self-motivated and reliable with honesty, punctuality, and a drive to achieve results with minimal supervision
* Willingness to travel across the region to visit client sites and operations
