Maintain and be responsible for the Quality Management system. Take responsibility for the instigation of continuous improvement
Minimum 1-2 years experience with Quality Management systems ISO 9001 certification is required
Administer banking activities
Through the MYOB accounting system duties will include, accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, reporting, reconciliation and payroll
Minimum 1-2 years experience with MYOB accounting system is required
Meet statutory, government and auditor requirements
Excellent planning and time management skills
Comply with all program reporting requirements. Communicate with stakeholders on programs, and general enquires
Attend 6 Board meetings a year
Attend to program functions including phone enquires, customer enquires
Australian citizenship is required for this position
This part-time role requires 25 hours per week. The location can be flexible at either our Clare or Nuriootpa sites
