* Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead projects on training, networking and capacity building opportunities for the RAP network.

* Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver training events that support effective development and implementation of transformational, sustainable RAPs, work closely with the RAP Program Manager, Partner Success, and facilitate effective communication with team members across diverse geographical locations.

Requirements

* Skills and Qualifications: High level of understanding and awareness of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures and issues, excellent written and verbal skills, proven project management and organisational skills, ability to utilise a variety of software platforms, demonstrated interpersonal skills, and ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
">
* Experience: Experience in events management, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement, with knowledge of events management platforms such as Eventbrite and Humanitix highly regarded.

What We Offer

* Salary Package: Competitive salary range of $87,000 – $97,000 + superannuation (inclusive of 17.5% leave loading).
