About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to take on a leadership role in our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding colleagues to ensure they feel confident and capable in their roles.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Occupational Therapy and current general registration with AHPRA.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience practicing as an Occupational Therapist.
* Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
* Experience in community-based and/or disability settings; NDIS experience is highly advantageous.
