About The OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Service Desk Team Lead, the Service Desk Administrator will provide an exceptional level of service support to clients and team members across the JORN ICT environment.
The Service Desk Administrator will add to a positive culture of triaging and supporting various client requests and (where required) will escalate requests for support to the relevant ICT teams for further support.
The Service Desk Administrator will ensure continuous improvement into the environment by creating and updating procedures and processes to ensure a relevant and up-to-date support system is maintained.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Achieve and exceed service performance targets by collaborating closely with JORN Enterprise ICT team
* Provide technical support by triaging and resolving Service Requests through phone calls, walk-ins, email and the Service Desk incident and request management tool
* Deliver hands‑on and remote hardware and software support, including desktop deployments, rebuilds, hardware repairs, software installations, and general troubleshooting
* Maintain accurate ICT asset records by updating the asset management database and conducting routine spot-checks and audits
* Protect system security and integrity by managing secure file transfers, applying operating system patches, and ensuring antivirus tools are up to date
* Contribute to ICT continuous improvement and project work, supporting the delivery of technical upgrades and transformation activities
About YOU
* A current security clearance preferably NV2
* Ability to sign for access to ITAR information
* Customer service or previous Service Desk experience desirable but not essential
