Responsibilities:
1. Provide responsive, courteous, and efficient customer service via telephone, email, & web inquiries.
2. Utilize and maintain Customer Management Database software – provide extensive follow-up to internal and external customers reporting issues.
3. Undertake research, testing, data quality, and documentation projects as appropriate.
4. Provide the primary link between customer and Data Quality / Product Development in relation to product issues.
5. Provide accurate reporting for events and follow up on the same.
6. Provide support to our clearing firm partners.
7. Create & publish Daily CEI.
Education, Experience, Skills:
1. Technical certification or equivalent work experience.
2. Excellent customer service skills and work experience in customer service.
3. Basic understanding of financial markets, network configurations & software usage.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
5. Ability to work accurately and quickly in a fast-paced environment.
6. Advanced troubleshooting skills for hardware, network, software, and trading account management.
7. Technical Learning: Picks up on technical things quickly; can learn new skills and knowledge; is good at learning new industry, company, product, or technical knowledge like internet technology; does well in technical courses and seminars.
8. Problem Solving: Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions; probes all fruitful sources for answers; can see hidden problems; is excellent at honest analysis; looks beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first answers.
