Your Responsibilities
Provide leadership inspiration to the team through effective coaching and training
Ensure all customer are provided expert and unmatched service every time
Meeting sales targets and KPIs
Assisting on driving in-store promotions and marketing initiatives
Maintain stock management/Inventory control
What do we need from you
Previous management experience required in a similar role
Proven ability to be involved in team development and leadership roles
Knowledge P & L, Budgets
Attention to detail
Passion for Customers and Sales
Proven Sales or Customer Service Roll experience
