Primary Objective: The Transition Assistant Director-North and the Transition Assistant Director-South provides strategic direction and coordination of transition services across all remote and very remote schools in the Top End and Central Australian region of the Northern Territory to ensure successful transition to enrolment in appropriate schooling options in the secondary years. Two vacancies are available one in Alice Springs and one in Darwin.
