The Role
We're seeking an experienced, hands-on Grounds and Maintenance Manager to join the team at Undara. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of the property, ensuring facilities, vehicles, grounds and infrastructure are safe, functional and well-presented.
This role involves a broad scope of work including general repairs, preventative maintenance, groundskeeping, light renovations and irrigation. You'll play a key role in supporting the overall guest experience in a unique remote outback setting.

Skills & Experience
* Ability to work a flexible roster across Monday to Sunday as required
* Fit, energetic and comfortable with hands-on work
* Strong customer service focus
* Experience in accommodation or commercial maintenance, including renovations
* Previous trade background or strong handyman skills
* Electrical and plumbing experience highly advantageous
* Strong mechanical experience or trade background (highly desirable)
* Gardening and groundskeeping knowledge
* Experience with pump and filtration systems (highly advantageous)
* Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
* Sound WHS knowledge and manual handling awareness
* Current valid manual driver's licence (essential)
* LR licence, Forklift licence and Front-End Loader ticket (advantageous)

The role involves extensive manual handling, including lifting up to 20kg, kneeling, squatting, handling chemicals and operating machinery.
