Multimedia designer

KCM Recruitment is seeking a skilled Multimedia Designer for a WA based company.

**Duties Include**:

- Collaborate with experts within the team to support the development of a variety of media products and projects including but not limited to marketing, eLearning and social media.
- Develop multimedia content ideas in collaboration with graphic designers, visual designers, and eLearning experts.
- Follow brand and project guidelines as well as adhere to best practice standards for design and production..
- Develop original artwork for images, video, web, and other design mediums.
- Work with the Design Lead to ensure smooth implementation of new and updated content.
- Collaborate to develop brand aesthetics for campaigns, projects, and promotional events
- Assist with planning, production, and execution of projects including but not limited to webinars, podcasts, live streams, and events.
- Assist with the maintenance, storage, and usage of AMPS Academy audio-visual equipment

**About you**:

- Bachelor's degree or TAFE equivalent in digital design, graphic design, film or a related field
- Portfolio of previous design work to showcase experience creativity and methodology.
- Familiarity with production equipment including but not limited to cameras, audio capture, studios, and lighting.
- Able to utilize professional-level design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
- Able to clearly present design ideas and concepts for projects
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced project team workplace.
- Comfortable working across multiple environments including studios, mine sites, offices, or others as required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with HTML, CMS, and social media management.

**Requirements;**

2 years experience in a similar position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
