Shine Bright EYM is a not for profit community based organisation that operates with the needs of children and families as its highest priority. We currently manage 40+ kindergartens in both large and small rural towns across Central and Northern Victoria. We are a Child Safe organisation and recognise the right of every child to feel safe and be heard. Our approach to early childhood education is built on five core values – integrity, curiosity, courage, clarity, and respect – which guide everything we do. These values shape our commitment to creating inclusive, innovative learning environments where every child can thrive.
Kerribana Kindergarten is our inaugural service in Wodonga, located within a state‑of‑the‑art facility alongside Kerribana Primary School. This unique setting offers an inclusive learning environment where collaboration and innovation flourish. Joining Shine Bright means becoming part of a team that values transparency in decision‑making, encourages bold ideas, and respects diverse perspectives, creating a workplace where educators feel empowered and supported.
