We're Hiring: Business Development Manager Southeast Queensland
About the Job
SOILCO is seeking a Full-Time Business Development Manager to join the SOILCO Group in Southeast Queensland. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is eager to make a significant impact, work autonomously, and contribute to the ongoing success of our business.
The Role
This is a hands‐on position focusing on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and driving growth across Southeast Queensland.
This role is for someone who thrives on building client relationships and can work autonomously to generate results. You'll be responsible for expanding our customer base and maintaining key business relationships, helping SOILCO grow its market presence in the region.
What you'll do
* Identify and secure new business opportunities in Southeast Queensland.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth.
* Work autonomously to meet sales targets and deliver results.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills
* At least 3+ years in business development, sales, or account management.
* Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related discipline.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‐building skills.
* Proven track record of identifying new business and exceeding sales targets.
* Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
* Highly self‐motivated, autonomous, and results driven.
* Knowledge of the Southeast Queensland market is a plus.
* Must have full working rights in Australia (i.e., a valid visa with no work restrictions).
