I am working with a market leading Aged Care provider seeking an experienced RAC Manager to run a 100 bed facility.
Position : Residence Manager
Location : Northern Rivers, NSW
Remuneration : $neg on experience + Super & Bonus Scheme
About the Role
The facility's General Manager will oversee the daily operations of an aged care facility, ensuring high-quality care and services for all residents.
This role involves leading a team of dedicated professionals, implementing service improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence and respect within the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance
- Oversight of both the clinical and hospitality teams
- Maintaining high standards of resident care and satisfaction
- Leading and supporting staff development and training initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, and the community
