Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality espresso-based coffee and other beverages with consistency and care
- Operate professional coffee machines and other brewing equipments confidently and efficiently
- Assist with front-of-restaurant duties, including serving customers and taking orders
- Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest
- Support the team with general restaurant operations as needed
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation of coffee beans and supplies
- Flexibility to work morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts as required
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–3 years of hands-on coffee-making experience
- Confidence in using commercial coffee machines, grinders and other brewing equipments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling
- Full Australian work rights are essential for this position
