Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Multiskilled Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of tasks including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and more, primarily in guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and more, primarily in guest rooms and public areas.
• Clean and maintain ventilation equipment, including air conditioning coils, ducting, filters, and air handling units.
• Support the Engineering team and other tradespeople such as painters, electricians, and carpenters.
• Conduct preventative maintenance in guest rooms and on assigned equipment, following the maintenance schedule.
• Prepare daily reports to track tasks, hours, and materials used.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of plant rooms and Engineering spaces.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Multiskilled Maintenance Technician in a similar-scale hospitality setting.
• A can-do attitude with a willingness to assist the Engineering team.
• Knowledge of correct manual handling techniques.
• Full availability to work on a 7-day rotating roster.
• Full Australian working rights.
