We are seeking a **proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative** to drive the growth of Staged By George.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Market Research & Analysis**
- Analyse **real estate market trends**, staging demands, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Monitor **marketplace activity** and industry benchmarks to stay ahead in the market.
- Identify key target audiences, including real estate agencies, builders, property developers, and homeowners.
**Lead Generation & Relationship Building**
- Proactively **seek out new business opportunities** through networking, industry events, and online platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with **real estate agents, builders, property developers, and homeowners** to secure ongoing partnerships.
- Conduct **cold calling, outreach, and follow-ups** to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
**Business Development Strategy**
- Develop and execute strategic **growth plans** to expand market presence and increase revenue.
- Identify **new service opportunities** and potential market segments to target.
- Work closely with leadership to align business development goals with company objectives.
**Proposal Writing, Presentation & Contract Negotiation**
**>**Craft compelling **business proposals and presentations**to showcase Staged By George's value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to secure **profitable and long-term deals.**
**>**Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
**Collaboration with Internal Teams**
**>**Work alongside **sales, marketing, and operations teams** to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Provide market insights to **refine marketing campaigns**and service offerings.
- Assist in the development of promotional materials and campaigns to attract potential clients.
**Performance Tracking & Reporting**
**>**Monitor **sales pipeline, conversion rates, and customer feedback** to assess business development success.
- Provide **weekly and monthly reports** outlining key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommendations for improvement.
- Adjust strategies based on data insights to drive continued business growth.
**We are looking for someone who has,**
- Proven experience in **business development, sales, or client relations**, preferably in real estate, home staging, or interior design.
- Strong **negotiation, networking, and relationship-building** skills.
- Ability to **analyse market trends and identify business opportunities**.
- Experience with **proposal writing, presentations, and contract negotiations**.
- Highly organised with excellent **time management and strategic planning**abilities.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English, both **verbal and written**.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a **target-oriented environment**.
- A valid **Australian Drivers Licence**will be required for this role.
