Description
* Manage and review contracts to ensure compliance and effectiveness
* Coordinate with various departments to understand and fulfil their procurement needs
* Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery
* Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings
* Prepare and execute negotiation strategies to secure favourable terms
* Monitor contract performance to identify any issues and implement corrective actions
* Ensure adherence to industry and company policies and regulations
* Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve procurement processes
Profile
A successful Contracts Officer should have:
* A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
* Proven experience in contract management and procurement within the energy and natural resources sector
* Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
* Analytical abilities to evaluate supplier offerings and contract performance
* Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
Job Offer
