Manager Finance Transformation
Location: Hybrid (Parramatta) | 6-Month Contract
Are you an experienced finance transformation professional ready to lead critical change initiatives? We’re seeking a Manager Finance Transformation to join a high-performing team on a 6-month contract, driving strategic financial process improvements across a complex portfolio.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage finance transformation initiatives to streamline processes and enhance performance
- Partner with senior stakeholders across departments to design and deliver change programs
- Analyse financial operations, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practice solutions
- Drive project governance, risk mitigation, and successful delivery within scope and timeframes
- Support change management and communication strategies to ensure stakeholder alignment
- Prepare high-level reports and present insights to executive leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing finance transformation or process improvement projects
- Strong understanding of finance systems, ERP platforms, and reporting structures
- Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Solid analytical, organisational, and project management capabilities
- Ability to operate in a hybrid work environment (50% WFH)
Contract Details:
- Start: ASAP
- Hours: Full time, 40 hours/week
- Location: Parramatta / Hybrid (50% WFH)
- Checks: Two references + fit2work National Police Check required
