About the role

Unity College is seeking an experienced and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Murray Bridge, SA. This is a part-time (0.4FTE) contract role from Term 2, 2026 to the end of Term 2, 2027 with the opportunity for flexible work arrangements to suit your needs. As a Primary Teacher, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational journey of our students and helping them reach their full potential. An interest in Agriculture would be seen as an advantage.

What you'll be doing

* Designing and delivering engaging, student-centred lessons aligned with the Australian Curriculum

* Providing personalised support and guidance to students to help them achieve their learning goals

* Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies

* Assessing and providing feedback on student progress, and using data to inform your teaching practice

* Contributing to the broader life of the school through extracurricular activities and community engagement

What we're looking for

* Relevant teaching qualifications and a current registration to teach in South Australia

* Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality primary education, with an understanding of the IB PYP pedagogy

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

* A passion for supporting the holistic development of students and a commitment to inclusive and equitable practices

* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the school community
