This role is part of the Department of Education's Early Childhood Improvement Branch team, supporting regional staff in program areas.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to managers, agencies, clients, and the public. They will coordinate data for funded programs, maintain accurate records, process funding and service agreement activities according to business rules and various systems.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be able to communicate complex information effectively, and demonstrate collaboration as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide support services to funded agencies, the Early Childhood Improvement Branch team, and broader regional staff.
* Deliver timely customer service to multiple stakeholders.
* Coordinate and collect data for program areas.
* Maintain accurate records for service/program areas.
* Process funding and service agreement activities according to business rules and using various systems.
