Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
* Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
* Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering creativity and collaboration.
* Manage the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing platforms.

Required Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, or similar leadership role.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
* Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced marketing certifications are a plus).
