Administration & Reception
professional for their office. This permanent role offers a great mix of front-of-house responsibilities and general administrative support, ideal for someone looking to build their career in a professional corporate environment.
You'll be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm, professional welcome, while also supporting the Office Manager with day-to-day administration and helping keep the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet and greet clients and visitors, managing access via the security system
* Support the Office Manager with general administrative tasks
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail
* Coordinate stationery orders and oversee office supplies
* Set up meeting rooms and boardrooms
* Provide some occasional phone support when required
What's on Offer:
* Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum
* 4 weeks' annual leave
* Access to on-site pool and gym facilities
* Collaborative, relaxed team environment
* Working hours: 8:45am - 5:15pm, Monday to Friday
