The Role
We are looking for switched on and dynamic Seasonal Casual Sales Associates to join our successful store, Ralph Lauren Myer Menswear Geelong over the Christmas trade period 2025.
As a seasonal sales associate you will be excel in providing customers with exceptional support and a consistently memorable shopping experience.
As a seasonal casual sales associate, you will be required to work a mixture of weekdays and weekends, including public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist clients with selection of merchandise
- Develop strong commercial relationships with clients
- Responsible for achieving sales targets
- Support store operations including visual merchandise, stock control and back of house processes
- Provide a memorable shopping experience by employing exceptional levels of customer service
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service roles
- A genuine love and understanding of our brand
- Demonstrated experience working towards KPI's/targets
- Robust merchandise disciplines
- Excellent team player who enjoys working in a team and can respond well in an ever-changing environment
- Strong communication skills and a confident approach to both customers and store operations
- A ‘can do’ attitude
- Well-groomed and can be a outstanding brand ambassador with a good understanding of fashion trends and styling
Seasonal Details
- Commencement date from September 2025 until April 2026.
- Initially a temporary role with opportunity to be made permanent!
- Work across a rotating 7-day roster
- You will be expected to work across a mixture of weekdays and weekends, including extended trading hours and public holidays over the festive period
- You must have FULL AVAILABILITY from NOW - February 2026
