Responsibilities
Wea re currently seekign Boilermakers and Lead Hands (workshop - boilermaker) to join our client to be based in Kalgoorlie.
As a boilermaker your duties will include the fabrication and repair of fixed plant and mobile equipment. This would involve the marking out, cutting, assembly and welding of structural steel, platework and wear components.
You will play a key role in reducing plant downtime for clients through the efficient servicing of all machinery and effective fault identification

Skills and Experience
- Cert III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in heavy industry with a background in mining preferred
- Able to read and understand mechanical and shop detail drawings
- Extensive fabrication, repair and maintenance experience
- Practical communication, leadership and team building abilities
- Relevant computer literacy
- Ability to work in remote locations
- Current WA drivers’ license. A HR License would be advantageous, although not essential
Additional information
