As a result of their continued success, they have created a new role of Logistics Customer Experience Specialist to be based out of their Western Sydney office.
**The role **will involve using SAP to manage and optimise processes for all logistics related activities across Australia including warehouse management, road transport and import and export operations. You will also have to manage vendors' performance and keep track of order status and communicate progress adequately to both internal and external customers.
**Success Profile**:We are looking for a customer service or order management specialist with 2-3 experience in order management. You will have a can-do, will do attitude, be an effective communicator with a high attention to detail, and be able to think quickly on their feet and problem solve, and be confident in working autonomously in a fast paced, fun and high performing team and contribute to the culture of the team. You may be looking to build a career in supply chain or be an experienced customer service/order management specialist who is looking for a change.
