About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Machinery Operator to join our team across AACo's VRG properties. You'll be operating a range of agricultural machinery to support day-to-day station operations. If you're someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in doing things well, and thrives in a team that backs each other, this could be your next opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate graders to maintain station roads and fire breaks in line with grading guidelines
* Carry out general maintenance and upkeep of machinery
* Drive trucks, including side tippers and machinery floats
* Conduct general property observations
* Follow operational guidelines when using machinery
* Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
* Support with general station duties as directed by the manager
Required Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience operating graders, loaders, and excavators is an advantage
* MC licence (not essential, but advantageous)
* Appropriate licences to operate relevant machinery
* Strong communication and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
