Overview
Store Manager to join the team at our Bras N Things Adelaide Store. This is a full time position at 38 hours/week.
Responsibilities
- Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help the team deliver on budgets and KPIs
- Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next chance when the time comes
- Execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and the ability to use your own discretion to make commercial decisions
- Understanding of Stock Management processes and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Previous experience coaching and providing on the spot feedback with your team
