Key Responsibilities:
* Providing personal care assistance with showering, dressing, grooming and medication management
* Assisting with light household cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
* Supporting customers with social activities, shopping and transportation to medical appointments
* Monitoring customer well-being and reporting on progress
* Participating in staff meetings and training sessions as required
* Providing overnight support and assistance to customers as needed
Requirements:
* Minimum Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services (preferred)
* Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
* Current and satisfactory Criminal Record Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check/Yellow Card
* Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
* Reliable and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance)
* Smartphone with internet access
