Strata Portfolio Manager Role
This is a key position responsible for overseeing the management of a diverse portfolio comprising residential, commercial, and mixed-use complexes.
The successful candidate will be accountable for maintaining excellent relationships with owners and tenants, coordinating maintenance and repairs, organizing annual general meetings (AGMs), and conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
To excel in this role, applicants should possess relevant experience managing their own portfolios, current property management registration, a valid driver's license, and exceptional communication skills.
