You will lead from the front across all areas including: Team leadership and staff development Rostering and wage control Sales growth and financial performance Stock management and merchandising Customer experience and service standards Loss prevention and shrink management WHS compliance and operational standards This is a highly visible leadership role requiring someone commercially minded, resilient and capable of managing a high-volume retail environment with multiple moving parts. About You We are looking for a proven retail leader who understands how to motivate teams, manage performance and drive results.
