* Sales performance: Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving sales targets
* Store operations: Ensure the store runs smoothly, including stock control, visual merchandising, and rostering
* Team development: Help train and develop your team to enhance their performance and growth
* Customer service: Maintain a customer-first store atmosphere and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in retail, with leadership or supervisory experience
* A passion for fashion and providing great customer service
* Ability to support sales targets and KPIs and help your team achieve success
* Visual merchandising experience preferred but not essential
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
