Become an essential part of our dedicated team and help drive our operations forward. Your day will involve: Operate mobile plant and equipment (Haul Truck, Excavator, and/or Front-End Loader) safely and efficiently.Manage the operation of the crushing plant with precision.Perform basic maintenance and maintain plant cleanliness.Engage in problem-solving and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.Participate in safety initiatives, including pre-start checks, toolbox talks, and incident reporting. What are we looking for? Experience with mobile plant operation is highly regarded (Sales Loader experience is a bonus).HR truck licence is advantageous but not required.Quarry experience is valued but not necessary.Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety and quality.Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision.Available to work Monday to Saturday.
