About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to join our Projects team based on site in Darwin NT.
This role plays a critical part in supporting the successful delivery of electrical construction projects, working closely with Project Managers and site teams to ensure projects are well-organised, compliant, and running efficiently from mobilisation through to completion.
This is a fast-paced and varied position, ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working across multiple projects, and takes pride in strong organisation and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
* Project coordination & support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers across multiple projects and assist with documentation and reporting
* Mobilisation & resource coordination: Coordinate project mobilisation including personnel, fleet, inductions, and manage travel and accommodation
* Compliance & systems management: Maintain site registers, training records, and ensure WHS and licensing compliance
* Procurement & financial administration: Raise purchase orders, support invoicing, and assist with tracking project costs and retentions
* Project tracking & reporting: Process timesheets, assist with reporting, and support QA/QC and documentation
Qualifications and Experience
You will be a highly organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working in a project-driven environment and supporting high-performing teams.
* Proven experience in a Project Administrator or similar role within construction, electrical, or trades environments
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
* Experience with project management systems (Simpro highly regarded)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience with Adobe or PDF editing tools advantageous
* Construction Induction (White Card) or willingness to obtain
* Understanding of WHS requirements in a construction environment (desirable)
