**The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a driven and dynamic Team Experience Partner (People and Culture Partner) position within the Supply Chain unit of our business for a 12 month secondment. Your role will entail effectively partnering with the Supply Chain Manager & Operations Managers to provide strategic & tactical HR advice and guidance to the business, enabling us to meet our business objectives.
In this role, you will also be responsible for:
- Implementing people strategies that attract, develop and retain talent
- Partnering with senior stakeholders for the effective delivery of people strategies including aligning performance, capability, engagement and talent initiatives
- Building leadership capability across the talent pipeline
- Partnering with leaders to develop engagement initiatives with a commercial mindset and passion for continuous improvement and innovation
- Providing actionable insights to leaders on trends in people data and provide support and coaching to act on this data
- Managing the implementation of people change initiatives
**About you
We're looking for a resilient and relationship driven Team Experience Partner who has:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Senior People Business Partnering role
- Strong communication skills, stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Experience designing and implementing organisation change programs
- Strong relationship management background including working with trade unions
- Comfort in working autonomously and through ambiguity
- Experience with negotiating enterprise agreements would be highly beneficial
