About the role
This 9-month contract role is based in Victoria. You will be part of a small, high‐functioning, and collaborative team providing clinical support for surgical procedures in upper limb. You will receive product training and focus on customer success.

Responsibilities
* Providing clinical support for orthopaedic surgical procedures in theatre
* Building relationships with surgeons and nursing staff through training, education, and clinical case support
* Ensuring that all surgical cases are properly equipped with required instrument kits, implants, and user guides per customer requirements
* Conducting regular hospital in‐services on instrument sets to operating room and central sterilisation department personnel
* Maintaining and monitoring monthly in‐service records on accounts to ensure records are current
* Achieving an agreed revenue target by identifying and gaining business from new and existing surgeons
Qualifications
* Experience in a clinical or theatre environment; background in nursing, physiotherapy, or chiropractic is preferred but not essential
* A tertiary education in a related medical field such as physiotherapy, paramedicine, biomedical engineering, science (anatomy) or nursing is ideal
* Direct experience working in an operating theatre environment (preferred)
* Resilience and versatility; can work autonomously or in a team and is passionate about providing first class customer service
* Current driver's licence (essential) and flexibility to travel in Victoria, predominantly the Melbourne southeast region
* Ability to participate in a rotating on‐call roster for after‐hours and weekend case support
