We're Hiring Chefs at Lucas Collective. Lucas Collective is currently seeking talented Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs to join our kitchens. The Ideal Candidate Must Have
* Chef experience in a premium a-la-carte restaurant
* Grill section experience
* Management candidates must have solid understanding of management practices and financial budgets/targets
* Exemplary leadership with focus on staff development
* Demonstrated experience in leading a high-performing team
* Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
* Solid understanding of food safety standards
* Proven ability in building effective relationships
* Organisational and time management skills
* Experience using Deputy (or similar Time & Attendance system), H&L, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Excellent communication and presentation
* Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
* Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
