As our establishment is a combined entity of Pizza Hut ,Pizza Hut has over 600 stores in all over Australia and still growing strong brand in current market. Pizza Hut is very well know brand in all over the world and selling pizzas since 1958.
Due to ongoing work demands, we are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Retail Manager to lead the daily operations by joining our workforce on fulltime basis.
Position Details:
* Location: shop 5, 27 Dixon Drive, Pimpama,Qld 4209
* Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, with paid overtime as per applicable award rates. (Full-time)
* Salary: $76,600 P/A
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a retail store or related environment, with 1-2 years of experience.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience managing a sizable team.
* Familiarity with rostering, staff management, and reporting processes.
* A customer-focused mindset with the ability to drive a positive in-store experience.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in computer skills.
* Any relevant qualification (Diploma level or higher), such as in Leadership, Management, Business, etc.
* Experience with overseeing day-to-day operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
* A passionate attitude that inspires the team to exceed goals.
* Experience in developing and implementing performance plans.
* A leadership style with an owner's mindset.
* Knowledge of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising, and store operations.
* Responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
* Ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
* Skilled in managing budgets and expenses, ensuring store operations stay within financial guidelines.
* Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed to maintain adequate stock.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety regulations.
