Key Responsibilities
* Change Planning - Define the scope, impact, and schedule for regulatory change initiatives
* Stakeholder Management - Engage with senior business leaders, fostering strong partnerships
* Risk Management - Identify and mitigate change-related risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks
* Change Execution & Alignment - Ensure seamless integration across business functions, driving adoption and sustainability
* Training & Workshops - Collaborate with global teams on new products, features, and roadmap updates
* Reporting & Governance - Provide regular progress reports, risk assessments, and compliance updates
* Navigating ambiguity and complexity within regulatory and business transformation landscapes
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in managing complex change initiatives
* Proven ability to deliver regulatory and operational transformation projects
* Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation capabilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including active listening, negotiation, and influencing
* Qualifications in Change Management - PROSCI
