Located in the iconic outback town of Longreach, Queensland, our onsite restaurant offers guests a relaxed, welcoming dining experience that celebrates quality service and genuine hospitality. We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and help elevate the dining offering for guests staying at Longreach Holiday Park.

The Opportunity
As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the seamless day‑to‑day operation of our onsite restaurant, ensuring outstanding customer service, smooth service delivery, and a positive team environment. This hands‑on role leads both front‑of‑house and kitchen staff, ensuring guests enjoy a consistently high‑quality dining experience.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Oversee the full daily operation of the restaurant
* Monitor customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement
* Lead menu planning and seasonal updates with the kitchen team
* Develop and implement promotions and service initiatives
* Coordinate events and activities that enhance the dining experience
* Ensure consistent food and beverage presentation and service
* Lead, recruit, onboard, train, and support restaurant and kitchen staff, fostering a positive, inclusive, team focused work environment
About You
You are a confident hospitality professional with strong leadership capability and a passion for delivering outstanding service. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy building and supporting a positive team.
* Previous experience in a restaurant manager or similar hospitality role
* Effective leadership and supervisory capability
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing demands
* Current Food Handling Certificate and RSA
