Based at Lakeside Joondalup Shopping City in Joondalup, we are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join the Customer Service Team. This role will be on a Permanent Part Time basis. Your hours will be (Week 1, Monday 8:45-5:15pm, Saturday 8:45-4:15pm, Sunday 12:15-5:15pm - 20hrs)
(Week 2, Monday and Tuesday 12:30-5pm, Thursday 10-3pm, Friday 12:30-5pm 18.5hrs)
The Customer Service Officer represents the face of our Centre and plays a critical role in providing an exceptional customer experience for our customers. This role involves liaising with our customers, retailers, and all Centre visitors.
You will be an exceptional communicator who has strong customer service skills. Your duties will encompass a wide variety of ad-hoc administration, gift card sales, phone enquiries, assisting with hire of kiddy carts and mobility equipment and at times assist with enquiries regarding marketing activities.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have broad knowledge of customer service principles and a positive, ambitious nature. Specific knowledge within retail management, marketing or administration is not essential, but is desirable. You will demonstrate exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
