**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Travel Arrangements**: Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Prepare necessary travel documents and ensure the Director's travel runs smoothly.
- **Document Management**: Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain organised files and records, ensuring documents are easily accessible.
- **Personal Tasks**: Handle personal errands and tasks as required, including but not limited to managing personal appointments, purchasing gifts, and other personal-related duties.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support, including expense reports, budgeting, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
