About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity available for a motivated Event Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive Venue Management Team responsible for coordinating all aspects of an indoor event from the time a decision is made through to delivery on the day itself.
You'll be an integral link between hirers and the event teams and assist with the planning, administration, and coordination of events between clients, contractors, and a range of stakeholders through to the delivery of the event on the day.
* Significant industry experience, ideally working in a venue, events, or hospitality organisation
* Knowledge of venue operations including staging, production, and emergency planning in relation to event planning
* Exceptional customer service and ability to take initiative to resolve issues, identify process improvements and enhance the customer experience.
This role has the option of a rostered day off each month, known as a 19-day month.
