Based in Brisbane, you'll work within a small, high-performing team that values flexibility and balance, including 2 days WFH and flexible start/finish times. What You'll Do As a key member of the growing internal team, you'll provide core accounting and financial support across a diverse client portfolio. This is a delivery role, focused on execution and impact, not business development. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing monthly financial reports and board papers Forecasting and managing client cashflow Supporting funding applications (primarily debt-related) Preparing proprietary Business DNA Reports (BDRs) Assisting with year-end and external reporting Packaging R&D claims for clients Who You Are You'll bring both technical strength and people skills able to manage end-to-end accounting workflows while communicating financials clearly to clients. Must-have capabilities: Breadth of industry exposure: experience working across a variety of businesses and sectors, giving you the adaptability to understand different client contexts. Exceptional communication: able to translate complex financials into clear, practical insights for business owners and stakeholders. Your profile: Fully qualified Accountant (CA/CPA) preferred: PQ or QBE also considered with the right experience Minimum of 4 years' experience in end-of-month delivery and general accounting Strong Excel skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple client workflows Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a small, high-performing team Interview Process: Interviews will commence ASAP and be a two stage process.
