**Our Client**
Based in the South East of Melbourne, our client offers an extensive product portfolio within the medical manufacturing sector operating on a national scale.

They are a young and dynamic business who have experienced extensive growth over the last 5 years from a start-up to scale-up business within an emerging industry. With such growth, they request the skills of a motivated and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team and take charge of the function in a full time permanent capacity.

**About The Role**
Working in a small team of 5-6 and reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this role is critical to our Finance team as we grow our business and accounts. This role will be responsible for making sure our accounts are well managed and payments are received in a timely manner as well as kept in good health.

Your responsibilities will include though not limited to:

- Setting up and managing Supplier and Customer Accounts
- Bank reconciliation and posting Bank transactions to the General Ledger
- Managing business accounts with specific vendors
- Completing month-end tasks and processes
- EOM reporting and analysis
- Collections and debtors organisation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on improving performance
- Assist in managing credit limits with the company's insurer
- Assist in managing the company's credit insurance
- Working with the customer service team to ensure that they are able to fulfill their daily duties without breach of trading terms
- Ideally 1-2 years' experience within a similar role
- Team player mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be advantageous
- Enthusiastic and driven approach to work
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
