The Team Leader – Rural Clinical School (RCS) Is Responsible For Ensuring Critical Tasks And Deadlines Are Met And For The Local Operational Management Of The Program.
* This Includes Building Strong Professional Relationships With Academics As Well As Employees Of The Tasmanian Health Service And Other Agencies That Accept Students For Professional Experience Placements.
* The Team Leader Will Work Collaboratively To Plan And Deliver High-Level Administration Support For The Local Academic Team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Managing Key Operational Aspects Of Local Program Delivery Including Recruitment, Budget Monitoring, Space, Infrastructure, Safety And Compliance To Meet Program Outcomes.
* Actively Participating In Working Groups, Forums And Other School Of Medicine Led Activities That Contribute To The Successful Deployment Of The Medicine Program At A Statewide Level.
