About the Role
This is a Store Manager opportunity within a retail environment in Palmerston. You will take ownership of day to day store operations while leading an experienced and stable team. The role suits a confident leader who values customer experience, enjoys coaching and developing their team, and can manage performance through clear communication and strong relationships. You'll be responsible for maintaining high store standards, handling customer interactions professionally, and driving results through people leadership rather than discount driven sales.
Skills and Experience
* Previous retail management or leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager
* Strong people management and communication skills
* Ability to coach, develop, and retain team members
* Customer focused mindset with strong problem solving skills
* Organised, calm, and confident leadership style
