Aberdein Considine are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to assist our Partner based within our Perth office.
The role will involve assisting the Partner with all conveyancing formalities in regard to sale, purchase and private remortgage transactions and also assisting the Estate Agency Teams.
.Key ResponsibilitiesAudio Dictation, Opening Purchase Files on Visual Files/Preparing Quotations/TOB's/Offers/typing missive letters/completing Money Laundering/importing documents onto case management systemMaintain paper files post settlement i.e. chasing outstanding documents, sending out documents to clients, Lenders and Solicitors and liaising with conveyancers re file issuesSubmitting offers on behalf of clientsDealing with clients within office and on the telephoneKeeping Client updated on their transactionScanning relevant file documents onto case management system, sending out Deeds, closing and shredding filesMeet with clients to take relevant ID/witness client signatures on documentationQualificationsEssentialNational 5 / Higher qualifications or equivalentSkills and ExperienceConfidentialityAbility to prioritise workloadExperience dealing with customers / clientsKnowledgeKnowledge of conveyancing transaction processesWorking knowledge of Powers of AttorneyApplication formPlease complete the Application Form to apply for this positionFull nameEmail addressTownCountyPostcodePhone numberDo you have a current, full UK Drivers licence?
